With typical project contracts, once the fit-out has been completed and signed off by the client, the contractors’ involvement ends. This leaves the client with the responsibility of maintaining the property without the expert advice of the contractor. At Delta & Associates, we like to look at each project from a whole life perspective and therefore seek to be involved beyond the client sign off.

We offer an annual inspection and report (if requested) on each of our projects so that each fit-out can be maintained to the standard and condition in which it was in at the time of handover. Within this process we are then able to make recommendations to the client in the event of business change requiring modifications to the facility.
