This policy applies regardless of the media on which information is stored, the locations where the information is stored and the system technology used to process the information and / or the people who handle the information.

Use of information
Delta's company information is only used for the business purposes expressly authorised by Delta's management. Non-approved use of company information is prohibited and considered gross misconduct, which is punishable by instant dismissal for all employees.

Information Handling, Access and uses
Information is a vital asset to carry out the day-to-day business of Delta. All accesses to, uses of and processing of company information is consistent with our QA procedure and standards.

Physical security perimeter and Third Party Physical Access
Access to company offices by a third party is by invitation only and then only by escort at all times.

 

Sensitive areas are restricted further. All documentation and information is secured from all third parties. Only senior management can authorise the access to company information by a third party (professional body) i.e. Company Accountants audit, tax office, Customs and excise.
Delta operates a video secure door entry system.

Physical Security Plan
Physical security is the responsibility of the board of Delta and under continuous review. All information stored inside the offices is secured in lockable cabinets. Delta's server is backed up off site in a secure location and the server itself is secured with full security. The building is secured by a movement alarm system, the grounds serviced by 24-hour security guards and CCTV.

Delta operates a password-based access computer system with restricted access to its employees. Access to information is available only to their specific remit.

Monitoring Access and Use, Event Logging and Sensitive Application Systems Logs All production application systems that handle sensitive company information generate logs that capture every addition, modification and deletion to sensitive information. We do this by generating revisions of documents rather than revising the original.

All departments of Delta that will require support in the event of a disaster will have full support from our external support service provider Twin Systems limited.

All relevant statutory, regulatory and contractual requirements for the company and all information held by Delta are met and enforced/reviewed as part of the Managing Director's responsibility and with the assistance of Delta's legal advisers on continuous bases.
