Delta & Associates Limited is committed to providing Clients with a concise and professional service, which not only meets their requirements but also ensures that the Company operates in a profitable and practical manner. To achieve these objectives, the directors have implemented a management system which is based upon the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001: 2000. The system must be considered as a whole and not as a series of individual activities to achieve the full benefit. The system has been designed to enable the effectiveness of the business procedures to be monitored and to allow continual improvement in both the services to the Clients and opportunities to Staff. An important part of the system has been the identification of operating procedures, which are critical to providing the degree of control necessary for generating the objective evidence by which the performance of the Company can be measured. Directors and Managers are required to establish and maintain Management Instructions to ensure that work for which they are responsible meets the specified requirements. All of the Company's Management is to commit themselves to the successful operation of the Quality System and achievement of the Company's quality objectives. They shall each ensure that the |
functions of the Company for which they are responsible have the resources of trained personnel, equipment and the facilities necessary for achievement of the objectives in the work carried out by the Company. All personnel within the Company are required to perform their duties in compliance with the Management Instructions. All Employees are provided with a copy of this manual so as to underline the importance the system has within the business. The Company Quality Assurance Manager is required to maintain and control the issue of this document and report to the Managing Director on the implementation of its requirements and their effectiveness. The application of ISO 9001 management principles is a cornerstone of the Company's business and one which the Company fully endorses through the implementation of the management system. It is for this reason that compliance with the system is mandatory upon all Staff who are contracted to work for the Company. Any difficulties concerning the requirements of this document "the Quality System", which cannot be resolved by the Quality Assurance Manager, are to be referred to the Managing Director. |
