The Libertarian Property Group owns and manages a number of commercial buildings in the Southwark and London Bridge areas. We are currently working with the Libertarian on redesigning some of their internal commercial office space, reception and common parts areas. In addition we are currently refitting other areas of commercial office space for libertarian tenants.

The Libertarian Group’s properties are mainly historic buildings which present their own set of particular circumstances. All are fully operational so business continuity is essential. We achieve this through our experience of the commercial office fit out industry and construction knowledge and know how.

We will shortly be commencing a full refurbishment of the Libertarians head office. This will include stripping back their building to a shell and core and providing them at the end of the project term with a turn key product .
