Senior interior fit-out Project Manager

Delta has an excellent opportunity for a senior project manager to join the team, participate in bids and project delivery. The project manager will be operational across London based in our offices as London Bridge.

• Lead projects through bid and delivery phases to successful handover
• Review project documentation
• Interface with clients, consultants and sub-contractors as appropriate
• Represent Delta’s interest to clients and contractors at all times
• Provide briefings, reports
• Produce & manage the project programme
• Manage the project financial performance with the commercial manager

• Flexibility to meet changes in client requirements
• Produce consistent bid documents, reports and present to relevant boards/clients as appropriate
• Ability to work across multiple projects concurrently
• Cross sell Delta’s services to clients

Requirements

• Proven track record of successful delivery of commercial interior fit out projects
• Demonstrable track record of winning bids
• Strong client orientation and client service management
• Understanding of commercial interior fit out clients drivers (operationally and commercially)
• Ability to produce project management reports
• Knowledge of construction schedule and costing
• Knowledge of Project/Programme Management tools

• Construction claims management experience
• Experience of reviewing cost plans
• Experience of managing/liaising with design teams
• Experience of value engineering/value management
• NEC, JCT and D&B forms of contract experience
• Sound risk management experience
• Experience of maintaining a motivated project team
• Up to date knowledge of supply chain with specialism in commercial interior fit out projects
